Weird way to get banned?

Hello my name is Assyriska and i got banned by a stupid reason. A guy says that i was trying to scam him by using fake OMM and this is stupid because there werent any proof at all, i never wrote my email and how in the name of god did he get my email? I havent even posted my email or pm'd him so thats step 1 there arent any proof that it was me, yes i meantioned alot that i wanted to use Vious and KMJT or Snowpatrol as MM but how does that mean that I will use them with a fake email?

I thought that you will only get banned if someone proves that it was you, and in this case there werent any proofs at all.
