Steadfast Boots

Right, well I just got back into merching, and my buddy told me to buy steadfast boots. I looked at the chart (http://gyazo.com/81586cfaee79f1e5f21373bfc28193c9) and it shows substantial increase in the next couple months.

So my question is, are these things too good to be true, and how long should I hold on to them?

I'm not a pro merchant but these are a "hot item", unlike rares, these things are pricy AND have demand. That is just my .02, but like I said I am not a merchant, I'm sure you will get a better response from somebody below me.

A picture of the graph would help, but to be honest I'm expecting a crash soon.
I feel as if they aren't worth 50m, and people are just buying them because they're rising.

This might make a few mill short term, but long term these will crash in time.
Because they're not that hard to get, and soon everyone will have them.

In my second opinion make a quick few mil and then move on, there are thousands of other items.

 

So how long should I hold on to them? Like a week, make a few mill, then sell em?

I don't see them crashing in the immediate future, but I wouldn't reccomend trying them for any longer than a few days - a week. As others have said, there are tons of items you can profit off of.

 

They'll crash soon enough. Know one pays that much for boots unless merching. They will decrease because not many people actually use them for combat purposes, instead they just merch them.

Expect a decrease soon.

 

Not worth the money, I can get dboots for 100k that have similiar stats.

I think that their price is seriously inflated and may continue to rise a bit more but will soon crash heavily because they simply just arnt worth what they cost right now, they have just been merched up to such a high price but when people are done with this item it will fall hard.

Thats my weather prediction.

 

i have a good feeling they will crash to about ~30-32m and then stay relitively stable, unless jagex makes even better boots
