Does this happen when you're on RS or just any website? I feel like there would be a better section to put this in. If it's RS, just download the client. If it's not RS put it in one of these sections:

Okay, I've realised the pic does actually exist but I couldn't view it from tinypic so I had to upload it to imgur. I don't think that the message thing is legit lol. For starters, whoever made it spelled 'to' and 'addresses' wrong.

Maybe check for malware? Seems altogether suspicious to me lol.
