Weird issue regarding previously purchased account

I purchased an account from a user on here some while ago, as great as things were going it was subsequently breached and after almost 2 months of daily pursuits in trying to recover it I could not. I tried for help from both the seller but nothing. Eventually I got a ticket reply from a Jmod telling me that it wasn't my account and that I cannot gain access to it again.
Of course there is far more to this story that I won't bother going into trouble as a lot happened over that course.

However, I did keep up with the account at least a few times a month, checking the adventurers log, hiscores etc. nothing changed for a LONG time, I kept checking and out of the blue one day the seller comes to me telling me that the account had been played on but on 07 not rs3. I'm going to leave this story here as I'm not sure the seller would want me to continue but that's enough of a backstory.

The actual thing that I'd like to talk about here is that as I said before I check up on the account every now and then to see what happened to it. Recently I checked and I saw the name had been transferred. And now this account had a very rare name. 4 letter name that was very rare (in my eyes at least). I think it was pced at 400m rs3+ back when I owned the account. Anyway, the name was transferred, so I proceeded to add the account to see who used to own it previously. I have an image of the users rsn but thats about it. However, I'm not sure what to do here, and what happened to the original account whether it was recovered by the owner or not but I wanted to see if someone could locate the person who sold the name and backtrack it to find the one who originally took control of it from me.

What do you mean realize the name? I'd get it banned but the problem is that I have no idea what the original account is now named under, only the location and account of the name that was on the old account.
