What happens if you buy items /w stolen cards?

So yeah, I've got few sellers who can get me any items from ebay, amazon, etc for lower price, I got a feeling they using stolen cards or something like that, lets say I will recieve my item and then they would find out the payment were sent from stolen cards, what would be then? I got any chance of getting sued just for recieving that? Thanks.

Depends where your from with regard to the laws of your country. We would probably need to know that before anyone can give you a detailed idea of what consequences you may recieve.

How are you buying it off them?
Are they sending the items to you send then cash, or are you using some other method. It depends on how you buy the item/items.
I'll explain once you tell how you're buying.

Well then it's likely you'll get the blame for stealing the cards, as it all goes to your house and they will able to find out where the items are going to.

I can't say you'll end up in legal trouble depending on the laws, but you'll hear about it down the road if you do buy a card.

No one would sell a card for less then they paid unless they are commiting fraud, or being nice which I doubt. Avoid it, you don't need the trouble.

I believe you'd get charged with credit card fraud for that. If you live in the U.S, the FBI may contact your ISP & they will most likely look into your web history & see you making deals with the sellers so either way you'd get busted.

Mhmm after the person buys it for you and ships it to your house. I dont think the police can do anything as long as you do this.

Delete all chat logs/interactions with the person who bought it for you.
Preferably you get them to ship it to your local post office box. and you send some1 els to pick it up from their.

If you do at least the first 1 you can claim you knew nothing of the item and weren't sure why u received it.

I would suggest getting it shipped to a freinds house. and having him give it to you.

    Reasoning.

    1. there will be no evidence connecting your freind to the package.
    2. if your freind gives you the item, then even if the police search your freinds house they wont find anything and he can claim he never received it.
    3. unless your freind tells the police why it was shipped to his house you are 100% safe.

+ i wouldnt suggest buying large/expensive items. the police are not likely to do much about 10-100$ but if you buy somthing big they will be more likely to look into it.
