Dispute on behalf of a friend

Hello,

My friend an old sythe user who registered back in 05, has forgotten his password and cannot use the forgotten password feature
as the account is registered to an email he no longer has access to. The username is Alex and has been inactive since he last used it
in october 2008. Please can his email be changed to [email protected] so he can reset his password and regain control of his account.

Well from what I was told admins are no longer allowed to change information like that. Also we couldn't change the password without proof that he is original owner.
