Briefly explain: Today I noticed that he was buying RSGP for .65/M and the day before had a selling thread for .5/M.

I am sure with the amble evidence I have acquired that it is enough to hit him with a Trade With Caution or a ban because he made it pretty obvious that his intentions are to scam.
