Gold price finally dropping?

Is it just me or is gold price starting to drop? I'm seeing ingame advertisements as well dropping their price, around 0.20 cents in the last week actually.

I find it interesting how even when Jagex's anti ban system is improving and bans are at an all time high, gold is still dropping. Perhaps demand just isn't there anymore and people are leaving? I'm not so sure. Would be nice to see some big time rwters come in and talk about what demand is like nowadays, I don't keep up to date with the usercount of 07 either.

What do you guys think? A small temporarily blip or a sign of things to come?

Just seeing sites ingame advertising for instance, at $2.7 per mill from $3.5 per mil a month ago is a little alarming. It's fallen a lot in the last 2 weeks too.

 

Hmm pretty weird man, I would expect the prices to go up since the sort of bot bust and wild rejuv...

 

Rs3 legacy mode has made the prices drop a bit.

 

Hasn't dropped extremely drastically but it has started to lower a bit. And probably due to the Legacy hype. But that isn't even coming out until the summer. And still, I think it's just the Beta.

 

ye ive seen the drop but should be long before it stables the legacy plays a huge role didnt expect that for just a beta

 

Bulk buyer's 07 Prices have been constant between 2.2-2.5/m for an insanely long time. Recently, 07 dropped slightly under $2 for a short period of time, but went back up to the $2.2 range. This doesn't have anything to do with bans or bot busting really - those have been constant for ~10 months. The price drop was just a knee-jerk to the EoC bubble that had EoC prices jump from ~.28-.3 to .38-.42 for about a month because of the legacy announcement. When eoc finally dropped back below .3, people dumped their 07 as well in panic.

 

people I supply are still geting around the latter m8 the thing is most sites try to low ball and when they successfully lowball x amount of times they will slightly drop their buying price as long as they are making their profit quota until someone offers a lot better deal and they are forced to raise their price again all the big sellers do this just like irl [example what gas stations do with gas.] the only difference is there are laws from dropping too low/high in real life but on the net there are no rules.

 

Me too, I want to get into the gold selling game in the Summer.
