Was going to buy 30m. He only insisted on my paying at least half or full amount. He would not do increments. Apparently he wanted the full payment so he could ditch? ^_^ Damn scammers these days.

He blocked me. If this is not clear enough to the moderators what a scammer is, then I'm not sure what is.

UPDATE: Since I knew he was a scammer, I decided to go 50.50 on his RWT guide. He told me previously this guide would successfully transfer 9m-13m pr hour.
Well lets see what happened!

Here was the malacious guide he sent me that was supposed to be for 9m-12m an hour. I could not find the screenshot, but he /did/ say that.

If you'll do a bit of reseach you'll notice this is nowhere near 9m-12m. But then we he changed his story and said 1m-2m it is still NOwhere near that. I mean it takes the same time to fletch maples and only makes 40 coins profit. 40x27 = 6000 coins x-fered. Once per minute x 60 = 60k-80k (Under 100k x-fered an hour)

Do I want a refund at this point? No. At first I thought he deserved a TWC, now it's evident he's a full out scammer. I want him banned but if he's willing to refund me I will take it.
