Hello sythe community, I'm a service provider and in a few weeks I'll be uploading a webpage to keep offering my services, but I have a big question.

How the gold sellers and big market users allow paypal as a payment on their webpage if it's that insecure due to the chargebacks?

Well, they normally get things like id to protect them selfs,
but also on another hand, to implement PayPal on your website you need to use this:
PayPal Express Checkout Integration - PayPal Developer
I was going to open a site with PayPal at one time and decided it was in best interests not too.

No matter what you do there always be chargebacks.
