Website/Blog Design, Domain/Hosting Services

I have a client who is working on music and he is seeking to have a unique blog/website designed.

I want to see what someone can bring to the client. We can discuss his brand later, but essentially he needs a unique design and layout showcasing links that lead to pages such as: bio, music, social media, etc. With the ability to simply add more.

I need graphics as well that can he can use on the site to help build brand awareness (logos, secondary art, other media).

On the flip side of things, I am looking to do this as cheap as possible or in exchange of Microsoft keys.

I hope the design or layout is easy to manage so the client can control his site without having to come back to us for help. Also if anyone is offering cheap web hosting and/or domains let me know.
