website/app idea

[theamberleaf]

its not an app, its a website you little shit.

This is a grey area of debate - what exactly IS the difference between a website/app/web app?

Go.

General distinction is this:

Website: Info only (mostly)
App: Works offline, user-app interaction and some user-user interaction
Web App: Works online and/or offline, contains information and the capacity for user-app and user-user interaction.

Yeah..

Design an app for a virtual periodic table where tapping on any of the elements takes you to a page displaying a 3D sample, a detailed list of properties, and maybe include some basic reactions, such as iron with oxygen, etc.

Very intriguing, but i personally hate science and elements so it wouldnt work out well for me

Anything else? I need a small spark to get me on a roll
