How do you add an existing User Control?

How do you add an existing user control to your project?

I go to Project > Add User Control.
But it does not have an option to browse to the location of the user control i want to add.

And after i figure out how to add it, how would i create the object on my form?

I'm having the hardest time trying to figure out this vb.net shit. So much harder to add stuff.

    EDIT:
Ok i figured out how to add the user control.
    Project > Add Existing Item.

But i can't seem to figure out how to "Draw" it on my form. It doesn't appear in the toolbox.

Lol Covey don't give up. My neighbor's friend was over at his house yesterday and he brought his laptop that have vb 2005 on it. I got mad at it as well. Coding is similar, but I suck at using the mouse on laptops and on top of that it was a vista and it confused the shit out of me. It kept doing weird shit.

VB.NET 2005 is vastly superior, but uses new conventions and thus has a steeper learning curve. Its worth the time and effort- its much a new language rather then just a upgrade, as all the previous versions to 6.0. The .NET framework and forced object orientation allow it to be much more scalable, and is a very quick and easy to use once you've converted.
