Abyssal Whip or Dragon Scimitar ?

I have a Abyssal Whip, yesterday i have completed Monkey Maddness and brought Dragon Scimitar.

My stats are 76 Attack, 79 Strength, 72 defense. I am trying to increase my combat level.

What do you recommend me to train with ?

Abyssal whip is shared XP, can train defense and attack with it. Dragon Scimitar, i can train strength with it. Since attack potions are cheap, i am thinking of training strength.

Do i have to keep Absyal Whip or sell it ?

 

Keep your whip, you'll need it later.
I reccomend getting to about 85-90 strength. and then working on 85 attack and 85 defense.

 

Whip > Scimitar.

Though if you want to train specifically, whip for attack/defense and scimitar for strength.

 

Depends, if your training attack, definatly keep the whip however if you are training strength Dscim is the way to go.

Attack or Defense = Abby Whip Str = Dcim.

 

Whip for attack and defence and Dragon scimmy for str.

When i am using Whip, it is better to train one skill at a time or all at same time (if i have not reached my str lvl) ?


If i train one skill at a time, i can reach next level faster, this is an advantage or shared training (you need to wait more time for skill advance) ?

 

Train one skill at a time.

Shared experience will seem slower.

 

Not sure what you mean but...

Train Str First so you can hit higher,
Then train attack so you can hit more offten,
Then Defence to get hit less.

Is that what you were looking for?

 

Keep whip, it basically surpasses d scim in every way. In my opinion I'd rather just train on shared, than use a d scim. It's your choice though. I'd use whip.

 

Thanks everyone. So now i will use Dragon Scimitar and get my strength to some 85, after that i will use Whip in shared xp mode. Hope its good way to train.

 

whip for def & att training, and either d scimmy or ss for strength

 

Whip--->Attack/Defense (if you want)
D scim--->Strength

Whip is more for non-pures, dragon scimitar is for pures; whip being the better of the two.
