Runescape 1-95

Thinking about getting 1-95 prayer whats a fast and cheap way to do it?

Edit: Not going for 95 prayer anymore the quest are going to take an insanely long time to complete as well as getting the other skill requirements for turmoil, but should I go to 70 prayer instead? Is piety worth it?

 

Dragon bones on a gilded altar is the best balance between cheap and fast. There really isn't a good say to train prayer at a reasonable speed without spending a big of money

Dragon bones on someone else's gilded altars. There's usually open houses on w31 at yanille. If you have some extra cash I'd use frost dragon bones, but dragon bones are an gp/xp efficient way.

As you can see, dragon bones are 13.34 gp/xp while frosts are 20.32 gp/xp. Big bones are 8gp/xp, but at the end of the day they're a waste of time as you literally have to bury 250k bones on an altar with 2 burners lit, compared to 50k dragon or 20k frost dragon.

1-95 Costs

Big Bones -> 70M
Dragon Bones -> 115M
Frost Dragon Bones -> 175M

Those prices are all approximated, using 8.8m xp and the gp/xp's rounded.


Hours taken per method

Big Bones -> 277 Hours -- 200 Hours
Dragon Bones -> 55 Hours -- 40 Hours
Frost Dragon Bones -> 22 Hours -- 16 Hours

Assuming 900 Bones/hr (No familiar) -- Assuming 1250 Bones/hr (Yak)

Damn it helped alot, I just realized I have a ton of quest and skill requirements to complete the quest for ancient curses so I'm only going to consider going to 70 prayer for piety but I'm not sure if it's worth it.

 

I don't see why you've given up buddy, like honestly, everyone has turmoil now adays, you'd just be left to a disadvantage if you didn't have it (assuming you pk).

 

For speed you want frost dragon bones, however this will cost you a small fortune (can be trained in one day!!)

For money-saving your best bet is dragon bones (which still aren't cheap).
