Western Union?

So I have a WU account and I'm curious... how does it work?

I have a prepaid card i added to it. When I get funds or someone sends them to me, do I just transfer the funds over to that card, does it do it automatically, and do I need a bank account? I managed to delete my home address so it doesn't send anything to my house. Don't ask me how I did it becuase I have no idea.

Also can you have a balance on there like paypal or does it move the money?
