guy scammed $13 payal on bo2 license transfer never sent info and tried to claim he couldnt touch the paypal for 21 days and that he would refund but never sent refund

for some reason he is claiming it was an echeck idk what that is but it was clearly not that proof below

the user http://www.sythe.org/members/409762-trustisearned.html made a report against me stating he sent 13$ paypal.i do agree that he sent the 13$ but he sent the 13$ as a echeck when I tried to talk to him about it and give him his echeck refund he stated fuck me im reporting you now if the user wants his refund he needs to please contact me so I can verify he received it thanxs in advance
