Question on Upgrades

I was wondering which type of upgrades have the possibilities of being charged back. I know PP and CC upgrades carry this risk and that Gamecard upgrades are chargeback-proof, but what about SMS, PBP, and Paysafe?

Back to the question you've asked rarely people sell upgrades using PayPal and CC they mostly sell upgrades using

- SMS
- PBP
- Runescape Game Cards.

But however

- SMS
- PBP

Really risky out of all of them because most people try to sell upgrades that way but I don't advice to buy them if they are selling them using that option unless they are trusted with 100+ Vouches.
