Account Market Split Into Mains/Stakers/Pures/Skillers

The market forum is a mess at the moment, stakers are being put in the pure section, mains are being put in the pure section, and accounts are being posted in more than 1 forum.

Here is the proposal;

Make 4 sub-forums, mains, stakers, pures, and skillers. Without the combat level restriction. (Pures, skillers, and stakers(The majority) aren't defined by their combat level, but by their individual stats, therefore, combat level sorting is unnecessary)

Also, it should be against the rules, to post the same account in the wrong section, and also, posting your account in more than one section. (Should be a 1 point warning on your profile)

The definition of pure has already been made in the pure forum, yet no one obey it. (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=920564)

We need someone to write a definition of a staker. I know many will agree that a staker is; "An account made for staking" But on the other hand, anyone can say that. So we need some stats/characteristics to put in a sticky.

I clean up that section every morning in the Pures 100-138, and I highly suggest other Market mods do to.

Was against the idea at first but I took a look at the forums and realized that it would be better to organize into your suggested topics rather than by levels.

it would be much simpler to remove the idea of mains/staker/skillers/pures and ONLY go by combat levels. As you can not define what a pure is (for example initiate pure, zerker pure, barrows pure, turmoil pure) neither can you define what a skiller is (i am level 138 with maxed skills. Am i a skiller?), now can you define what a staker is now can you define what a main is.

tl;dr: we should split account market by combat levels rather than type of accounts.

 

You can define pure. I already made a suggestion for this, and it was approved, and a sticky was placed in the pure forum containing the definition.

Obviously 70 defence is not pure.

A forum sorted by combat level would be worse than what it currently is imo.

Sounds good but wouldn't it take more staff to keep more sections clean?

 

The majority of "Keeping sections clean" at the moment, is people posting threads in the wrong sections.

Having these sections clearly organized, would help users find the things they need ALOT easier. Don't you think?
