You can buy the the gp you need for the phat and then buy it rsgp+cash, but that would cost you way more.

You coul but its not 100% you will get it, I guess you could buy it like that but its not worth it, plus you'll have to pay like $1k+ like that, but no 1 does it that way cus theres a good chance u wont get.
