what is scar? wat is it used for?if it is an auto program then is it detected by jagex?if not how?

and is it 100% safe to use this?even on main?jagex can nva ever detect it ?

Regardless; SCAR is a scriptable macro program written in Delphi by Kaitnieks and Freddy1990. Scar uses the pascal programming syntax to allow users to write unique scripts for many task within runescape and other games. Scar is a free software and can be downloaded at the official site; http://freddy1990.com. The latest releases of Scar is titled Scar "divi" as the project is now being worked on by two people, Freddy1990 and Kaitnieks. SCAR stands for Shite Compared To Autorune; autorune being Kaitnieks' previous project. Libraries such as the SRL have been added as a plugin to scar, enabling other scripters to write with premade functions. With the onset of newer scriptable cheating programs which allow for great features such as multiple bots at the same time and much much more people are starting to think Scar will die. It's a debateable topic but all in all Scar is still the most popularily used runescape cheat in existence.

Likewise the detectability of Scar is disputable. Since it uses the native keyboard and smoothmouse controls without ever requiring direct access to the runescape client (such as a Java bot which on the other hand does..usually) the actual detectability of Scar all depends on the quality of the script you are using.
