    User claims he sold some gold when he has no vouch for it, meanwhile he's selling it for 2x the highest usual value, as he's asking 20$ a bill when SSGP is at most 10$ a bill, usually around 8$ a bill... Also will not give his skype via PM saying he does not use skype, also suggests he is a vader but I have no clue/proof as to who.

    not giving out skype isnt illegal

    nothing illegally done. However note to avoid the user without a MM
