Apology to USFine.com - They're Legit!

So I posted a thread because when I realized they hadn't sent they payment. I ASSUMED (Yes stupid of me) that they were scamming, because I tried to talk to them a couple times. Anyways, it was a simple misunderstanding. They are legit. Bought my account from me for $35. I've seen a bunch of threads where they sold gold, but none about accounts, so just to make sure you guys know every aspect of their site is legit

Also, thank you to NickV for talking to them and helping get it sorted.

 

I sold an account to them how long should my payment come i sold like 2-3 days back

 

It took about a week and a couple days..probably a week if there's no misunderstanding like there was for mine (Delayed it two extra days).

No one ever listens to me, I have 39 orders with them. People scream scam and assume they are scammed. People love to be scared.

They are legit.

 

I bought two orders of gold.
One is done
The other is pending.

I also sold them an account, but they haven't sent me the money yet =)

Firstly i need to say its ok! Cuz Buy/sell account is a special business, its easy to get misunderstanding. but we are glad to see most of sythers are satisfied with our service and products!

I am working in account department of Usfine,deal RS and WoW account,according to my experience, there are few reasons might lead to misunderstanding:

1. The seller gave us an incorrect paypal email, normally there was 1 letter or 1 num difference , so that we sent the payment to wrong person;

2. The seller gave us wrong password and left before we checked the account,so that we cant log on the account to take screen shots,when he/she came back to ask for money , of course we wont pay him/her.but in this case , the account is still yours.

3. Normally we need to call the customer and talk to the paypal holder after we received the payment , If the order had been confirmed already,the customer should come to our live chat to get the account information,we wont send it via email,cuz if you got any problem , we can help you immediately on live chat,so that the problem will be settled much more quicker.

4. After you placed an order on our website for account or you are talking with our live chat operator to get the account info,You should provide us these details: The correct order ID( You can find it in your paypal email,which begin with 2009 or RC or AMM)/ The correct paypal email/ The correct phone num, so that we can confirm you are the right person who placed this order.but some customers cant provide us the order id and stuff,in this case we wont give him/her the account info,maybe you are really the right person,but we need proof.If you have placed the order,its easy to find the order id.

I also sold a small account just to see if they really were legit, they sent my money straight after they sold it!

 

I was selling them my account, they changed the password and I haven't heard from them since... I still wouldn't recommend USFine
