Clipping Masks

    Clipping Masks

    I need some help/ a tut on how to make a clipping mask like this one:

    MADE BY KAIBAIN, NOT ME.

    I want it to be a splatter effect, but I can't do it :(.
    Could somebody tell me how?

    Step 1. Pick your splatter brush and start brushing

    Step 2. Press CTRL+SHIFT+N ( BUT DON'T PRESS OK YET )

    Step 3. Check "Use previous layer layer to create clipping mask"

    As seen here

    Step 4. Go to Image>Apply image

    Step 5. Hold Ctrl and move the applied image layer around .. then you'll see the effect yourself

    You gotta make a layer and then brush whatever you want, then you can just add a clipping mask.
