was the account recovered?

I bought an account on here a few days ago, authenticator set up. No keyloggers or anything on my end, email is secure. I lost control of the account, recovery wouldnt send to my email. Was this recovered?

thanks for your quick reply , I've put in a paypal dispute but he's claimed I still have ownership yet have a skype chat of him saying he has ownership, should I get the money back relatively easily via paypal?

 

I didn't recover the account, something has fucked up, i recovered the account back to him tho, but he didn't take it and chargebacked and now my paypal is negative balance.

Paypal is currently reviewing our case. If i win that, he can have the account if he still wants it.

 

I haven't reported this as a scam because quite honestly I'm not sure, however given the security was breaches so soon I can;t take the account for fear of losing the money. you didn't recover it back to me, you recovered the account for me however like I said I fear for the future safety... I opened a dispute yes because the item was not secure for whatever reason

 

Unsure as to what you mean when you say 'something has fucked up'. The account was recovered by someone and if you are the individual who sold that account, you are responsible (regardless of whether you recovered it) for every recovery that occurs thereafter the purchase.

As far as the dispute goes on PayPal, make sure to provide all relevant proof that the account has been recovered and all respective Skype conversations. This is a tedious issue but hopefully you two can sort it out between yourselves without resorting to PayPal disputes/chargebacks and scam reports.

 

Regardless, it's still recommended you report him now, so that you can keep Sythe moderators up to date regarding how it's progressing.
