How to prevent getting a traded account locked

I usually make sure I don't get on the account after I've traded but I usually get anxious and get it locked. Are there any sure fire rules to follow to make sure your traded runescape accounts don't get locked?

 

There are no certain fool proof ways to prevent your account from being locked but the best advice I could gives is just to play like a regular rs player and try not to break any rules for a while. If it does get locked, then say that you moved so you have a new ip address or whatever.
