Report/post/reason that got you banned: I originally had a money making method verified by Superman after he took a while to review to make sure everything checked out with what I was saying which he did. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
Prior to me actually getting this method verified I sold it to leaf.sythe (Ryan). Since it wasn't actually verified at this time I actually told Leaf the method prior to him paying me. I went first because he had more vouches than me and I wasn't worried about him scamming me. So I told him the method and he actually wanted to lower the price for paying for the method because the items don't always sell instantly but by morning they would always be sold and he knew that. We agreed on a price and he paid me so all was good here no issues. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
After this method was verified I sold it to II Acesyne II who absolutely loves this method and vouched for it. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
Then all of a sudden one morning I seen I had a TWC and the post selling the method was locked.. I asked Superman what was going on and why I had a TWC. He said that it was locked because I told Leaf I ran 14 accounts doing this method (which I did) This method can be ran with 20 accounts if you wanted to. Like I told Leaf you just leave the items overnight selling and they will sell. He completely acknowledged it and still bought also lowered the price he was going to pay for it since it wasn't as big of a gold farming method as he wanted. So bottom line is I told him thath they DONT all sell right away and we agreed on everything and I sold the method to him lower than I was originally asking. If he didn't want it after I told him everything he did not have to buy it still. I did not post on the dispute for the TWC because I did not want to expose the method to those who bought it because it wouldn't be fair for them. I then messaged II Acesyne II to ask him if he would vouch about the method which he gladly did. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
After I showed the vouch of II Acesyne II to Superman he still refused to remove my TWC. In my opinion the TWC was completely over the line and unnecessary. I said I would quit selling the method if needed but he still wouldn't remove the TWC. Nothing I said about the method was a lie at all and Leaf agreed to everything and after I received the TWC even he said that he wasn't intending for me to get a TWC but just for the method not to be sold any longer.
Someone then posted on the "What happened to (your name here)" thread asking what happened to Top Elite. I then replied being angry saying I received a TWC and the method was locked because Superman wanted to use the method for himself. I posted this because I was very angry and because Superman did want to buy full rights to the method. I shouldn't have posted this in my anger I just did not agree with any of this at all 100%. I still don't and wanted to have a good reputation on here and continue my Agility service going that I started which was going good. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

I submitted a pardon/dispute 2 days ago but it has yet to show up.. Did it no go through?

 

My problem is that you kept changing your story, you lied to me, and when I confronted you about it, you again changed your story. You also keep saying that this method works as a goldfarming method. No, it does not. There's a limited amount of demand for certain items and you can't simply flood the market and say that they'll sell in a couple of days. That's not how markets work - the price will change and your profit dies out. The reason why I said you should keep it for yourself or only let one person use it is because otherwise, the market quickly gets flooded and it all goes to waste. I've put in way too much of my own time and thought into this ridiculousness, so I'll give you two options:

1. Stop lying about your TWC and end all guide sales and guide problems, I will unban you. Also stop sending people pictures of our skype conversation without the entire context - people contact me telling me you're trying to fool them. This is not allowed. You also are no longer allowed to go around to multiple admins trying to get a different answer from everyone of us, and stop lying about each admins' answer (don't think I forgot that you lied to me about Dave's answer to you about the TWC).

2. Stay banned permanently.

That being said I'm not sure how I'm lying about my TWC at all?
I have not even attempted to sell this guide since this all happened except one person who I was discussing it with prior to you closing the thread and we still discussed after. Yes I sent that ONE PERSON screen shots of you saying you wanted to buy it just to show it worked. Also out of curiosity what did I lie to you about what Dave said?..
Regardless I'm over all of this and am passed it all. No intention of selling this guide anymore and just want to get my account back and without the TWC..

 

I've lifted the ban on your account. The TWC will remain until you can show me 4-5 vouches of trades since your unbanning (right now) not of guide sales and not of past trades. You cannot go back on Skype to someone you've traded in the past and ask them to vouch for you and then send that. They have to be trades that have happened on or after August 14. I've also posted your TWC reason on your profile. Every single time you get confused on what your TWC is for, I want you to look back on your profile and reread the TWC reason. I will not continue trying to explain it to you.
