description: Went first 50/50 for an 8m upgrade, after paying him 4m he refused to go with the previously agreed transaction, where I would apply the upgrade myself. Then when asked to refund me he refused and claimed to be a scammer who has stolen over 300m so far.

The user Ezyl, which is a newcomer is his only other vouch, and that user has vouches from brand new july users too..
