The name hasn't moved in game and klucious is now trying to sell it. He sniped the name this is the proof I have.

A quick previous edit check should be able to confirm the RSNs he's selling. I'm not trying to sound like Blindcubefreak but I'm tired of him continuously getting away with this sniping and lying bs.
A mod needs to simply check previous edits to confirm that he was indeed selling the names listed above (Plenty of other sniped ones as well), and request proof of the names he claims to own so it can finally be confirmed that he's a scumbag serial liar/sniper/deciever. Klucius/Bonesack's accusation count and overall attitude towards being confronted in previous reports/accusations is enough to make a conclusion about their character, intentions, and overall integrity. How am I the only one seeing this?

 

^ I will provide any proof needed and the reason I'm leaving will be displayed shortly when I mod makes my post public. Mods can go ahead and check whatever they want because I never had Dark or Campagn or any other sniped names on my thread Josh, stop trying to get trade monopoly by getting every other seller banned.

Literally all the scam reports filed against me are from idiots accusing me of sniping names I didn't even know about and providing 0 proof. And Bonesack has a grand total of 0 scam reports (as far as I know)

You claim to not own Dark or know who even does for that matter, yet Dark is in your 1 character clan as "inthedust" there's also "Pony" that was claimed to have been sniped by Blindcubefreak, and "L" another known sniped one character name. Why deny not knowing anything about Dark when it's in your clan?

And yes Dark AKA L is a friend of mine and is in my clan. Josh knows L personally, he's sold him many names in the past. I didn't claim I didn't know who owns Dark I said I'm not selling it. And BTW Dark isn't even a sniped name

Well Dark is a sniped name. It's been sniped a bunch but it was last sniped when I tried to buy. @Tyler mm'd the trade so L did snipe it from me/the guy that had owned it for a little while. L is a rank in talk fc that snipes names so I'm assuming that's where you got all your recent names from but I mean if you paid for them fairly then I guess it's w/e.

Also @Joshuaag1234 try to restrain yourself from speaking on these matters you have no room to speak/accuse.

 

When did I say I knew nothing about Dark? I literally just said that's not the name I'm selling LOL Jeremy and his friends pmed me like "GG we just got Dark bound" and I'm like "How does this affect me m8."

Idk whether or not Dark was sniped but ik Pony wasn't because I bought it from the previous owner (whether or not it was sniped before that idk)

 

To my knowledge it's against the rules not to mention law to knowingly purchase stolen goods so is it really just w/e?

Because you sniped it and then it came back bound to the owner, that sounds pretty accurate to me from reading this whole thing.

 

Unless I am missing something major, there has been no actual proof presented that sniping the name did occur.

Get something tangible and make another RAS.
