[WARNING] Maxed Main Renter Saboteur Incredibly easy to get ANY account LOCKED [UPDATE WE BACK BABY]

My maxed main renter got frozen due to a rage renter / saboteur purchasing bonds with a fraudulent/stolen credit card then charging back the payment weeks later.

It has come to my attention that is INCREDIBLY easy to fuck over somebody's account. Luckily this staker was just a maxed melee account so it had nothing of value on it.

If you use your personal or highly leveled up account to rent to people i'd suggest to only rent to trusted people otherwise they could get your account LOCKED by making it have a huge negative account balance.

Technically I could pay off the balance but I don't think it'd be worth it.

Also this happened to another guy who rents out stakers regularly so this isn't just targeted towards me probably.

jagex doesn't send any sort of email or information regarding the purchases so we have no real way to find out who did this.

edit: After 1 month jagex actually fucking did something. they looked into the acc and took off the negative balance and now I have access to my account. Better than having no account though. WE BACK BABY STAKING!

 

Has also happened to me as well, but the user had failed the transaction. Be safe Renters!

I'm confused. What was the purpose of buying bonds and shit through a fraudulent card on your account? Can't he do this on literally any account? I'm not trying to call you out or anything, but genuinely wondering.

 

they buy the bonds, refund the payment then your account is locked for having a negative balance and unless you pay it off you cant use your account

 

Why not do it with your own fresh acc though.

 

just to be assholes and sabotage your account tbh.. they lose, get salty and then ruin your account

hey it sucks that i can't rent out the acc anymore cuz i was making decent mills and stuff (good way to pay for bonds for new accs).

the acc has a negative $105 balance. i technically COULD pay it off but i dont want to give jagex that money like fuck that.

i have 4x new stakers in the making, however i'm on the fence whether or not i wana come back into the rental scene full force or just stick to acc selling.

 

These accounts balances get removed if you email Jagex support claiming the account wasn't in your possession at the time. Granted it'll add extra attention to that account in particular but someone I know emailed and they removed the balance and returned the account to play within a few days.

It takes them a bit to get back to you. They have to look into things before they respond. Give it a day or so.

 

Hey bro Sorry to hear that, i rented my max main a guy like 5 hours he isnt from Sythe but told me he were high trusted and sended me a friends sythe profil who is 100$ donated, but the the guy who has rent my Maxed Main was a inposter of the sythe friend, i have changed my password and kicked him out, i cant report him because he isnt on sythe, so i think it was a missclick for me that i rent my maded main//
