IP matches two users who have recently been hacked:

And according to this, the same person hacked Dire and EliteElo:

So either he's currently hacked Maldesto, or Maldesto is the one doing the hackings which I kind of doubt. Either way he should be banned, just the reason is depending on whether or not he's hacked.

He's no longer hacked but thanks for the report. The hacker made a thread to buy gold that lasted all of a few hours before maldesto himself shut it down
