Wanting my deposit back from sami rsps

Hello I started employment with Sami rsps as a rsps worker on 12/25/2022

First I would like to say that I initially put a 300m deposit with samme the first day I started

Secondly I would like to say this number went up to 500m osrs after he had taken 1.5b ikov from be to gamble, which I gave him literally such a cheap price at the time it was ridiculous(At this time it was minmum 130m/b sellers price) I also owed him 10m for a trade that i profited off of from my second sale in the discord. I also lent him out 50m for something he needed real quick.

Any transcripts he shares I can also dispute, I bought 12b runewild out of my own pocket, did not sell after either.
I also bought another 244m battlescape which are in the transcripts as well, for my own use.

I made a 11b sale for xeros for 130m profit, in the transcripts it says 200m profit which is incorrect(which I can prove here, I bought all 11b xeros for 200m and sold for 130m) -- I have evidence from steer that I had bought the xeros for 200m osrs. Also sale done on 1.02.23

Let me remind also on the day of 1/03/23 sami changed his terms and said that it would be a 50/50 cut, I had made the xeros sale previous to those terms so it is still a 60-40.

All in all what was owed to sami was 80m profit from an ikov sale +52m from the xeros profit= lets say avreage is .30/m = owed is $39.6 buttttt I also payed him 37.66 in btc and I covered the fees myself

I have been talking to Abyssal about this and it was a missunderstanding, i will pay him in a few hours.

 

I have yet to be refunded. This is him informing me of the refund roughly 82 hours ago(3 days 10 hours)

It hasn't just been two days its been nearly four days now and I keep getting backend/empty promises for the return. I have no ill intent in any of this. I just want what is owed to me. I hope sami figures all of this out and fixes all of it for the better. I only want what's mine.
