Got scammed by Phun

Explanation of the trade: So i am new to trade my steam account so i told him to send me money over paypal he told my something about the transaction ID and that i would get the money if i send him my account information i told him my account information and he just stopped messaging me back i quickly tried to log back to my account and it told me that my password was invalid i have screenshots of the whole sitatuion.

I selled my account for 20$ and my acount was worth 45$ plz help me

How they scammed: He told me that he would give me the Transaction ID and is safe and i just needed to give him the account information and then he gonna send me money but he lied.
