I just moved and apparently Im banned!

    I just moved and apparently Im banned!
    Im moved, and apparently bought the owner of a previous users computer. I tried contacting the previous owner, but they wont pick up their phone. Apparently Im banned which says "asap1234" Anyway to fix this problem
