first of all i need to know if time is a problem?
i can do this with teak/mahogany tree's but that will take a while.

it will cost approx 546k to get the sapplings for 50-83 farming.
this will take around 196 days to be done.

but that's around 550k for 83 farming (i still need ultracompost)
and this is only doable if you got acces on fossil island.

i will ask 130M for this + the supply cost ofc.

if time is a issue, i can make another price with trees or fruit trees.
