Want to know what "Fully Maxed Pure" actually means?

Fully maxed means to reach a point from which no additional growth, improvement, or benefit is possible.
Having 60 99 99 99 with 40 hp is not maxed.

I have the idea of a maxed pure being every stat maxed except for Defence that includes 120Dung and for example 99 Construction.
