Need help finding the perfect client and server

Server -
Has access to everywhere in runescape - which means not being confined to a couple of places
Has a godsword mini game
Has the latest items
Has all commands
Has grand exchange or a place where you can buy anything
Increased speed in leveling up

Client -
Has the latest items
Can be edited - the background and name


So can anyone help me?
