[WANT] RS Gambling Website Custom

I am looking for assistance from somebody who can develop me a gambling website (runescape related).

Ideally I would like a custom site to my specifications which are: (private and will discuss on skype)

Or if you have a template or set up site which I can purchase (such as a rs poker site), I may be interested in that if the price is right.

Still preferably want a customized site that can simulate runescape gambling in which users cash in for $ credits.
