Hand Drawing Artist Wanted, Will Pay 40$

I need a drawing done, might be for a possible future tattoo. Please be able to have a scanner or a really good camera to take a picture of it.

Some simple rules:

1. You must be a good artist, if you can't draw, don't enter.
2. If I like it and decide to buy it, you must release this picture to me with your signature at the bottom of it with a bill of sale (I will explain this when I buy it).

It's not hard. I need a picture, roughly 10 inches by 10 inches drawn with gears and cogs in it...

I WANT the gears and cogs to be in 3D, meaning not just one layer. Mix and match the spokes of the gears to where some are solid gears, some are have multiple thin spokes in them, and some have larger spokes. As you can see in the picture, there are some in front of the others. The ones in the back need to be dark and get darker as they descend into the picture. I do not want the entire section crowded with gears and cogs, there do need to be some sheer black spaces that as if you were looking into it there is empty dark space.

Basically I want this to look as if it's under ripped and torn skin, I am thinking on my upper arm, as a sleeve. If you can incorperate the outter edges of the 10x10 frame to look like ripped skin, then I will appreciate it.

IMPORTANT:
I WANT one larger gear (not in the center, preferrably off centered) to have spokes in it saying "MADE IN AMERICA". It can be one line, or MADE IN on the first and AMERICA below it. I do not want this main gear to be completely showing (meaning that you can see the entire circular gear). This MADE IN AMERICA must be BOLD and hardcore noticeable. The words do not have to be standing perfectly straight left and right, but do not place them upside down. At a slight angle will be great.

I will pay 40$ or 80M rsgp for this drawing. There is no "best drawing wins". If I don't like any, I will not buy them. You are more than welcome to heavily watermark the picture with "DO NOT USE" or something if you want.

If there are multiple entries that I like, I will only buy one of the ones I like the best.

Does it have to be a hand drawing? I am sure that a computerized drawing can be adjusted to be black and white or whatever you want it to be.

 

probably. hand drawings are completely different from computer aided designs. they just have the "real feel" to them. even though computerized drawings may look cooler, they just don't feel as real. making it black and white doesnt cut it =.=

 

Also, drawings are uninhibited. Something on a computer that only a photoshop expert could do could be drawn by an amateur easily.
