Report a Scammer/Spammer Section

Come on guys, what is going on. I have been reporting the members Eric Cartman, and Lyn for the past couple days now because they are ban evaders. Its getting ridiculous, I don't even know how much I have reported them because its been that much.

I also reported another guy a week or 2 ago named Evan_Bennett (I believe) because you could obviously tell he was making accounts and vouching for himself.

Its getting ridiculous, maybe there should be mods that are just for the "Report" sections because its really bad, or there should be a whole restructuring of the Mod system because it seems that alot aren't doing their job correctly if there is over 20 pages of in the Report A Scammer section and over 30 in the Report a Spammer section.
