Need advice for my ironman account

What would be the most efficient skill to have someone spend 25-30 hours on?

I was thinking thieving or agility pyramid for gp. Anything else I should consider?

Agility is good but I think Runecrafting as brutal as it is would be super beneficial for your Iron.
