Scammed my lvl 138. Galaxxy is scammer!

So today this nerd scammed my 138 cmb account.

Briefly explain the trade: As i dont got vouches, i went first as he got 30+ vouches.
How they scammed: When i gave acc, he just blocked me @MSN
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: He sent me PM.

After that he logged off and never come online again.

And here he approved that its him by PM:


After like 20mins he sent me Pm that it wasnt him but someone else, lol. Please perm ban this scammer.

 

any action will be taken? Or this scammer will get free without ban?
