    How he scammed: Was going to sell me a Membership Upgrade for 11m, gave him the info and he went on my account and did not apply the upgrade(actually logged into the game to steal my stuff i assume, his IP would not be showing as the last logged in one if he was just in the lobby). Not sure if this is deserving of a ban as he got away with nothing as i cleaned the account of all GP beforehand so there was nothing for him to take.

    That is his IP on your last logged IP notice, and he had no reason to log on to the account for applying an upgrade.
