I had bought a small amount of quests from which he completed (Very slowly) I gave him another shot with another line of quests since he was a nice guy.

It's been over a day and a half since I paid and tasked him to do these quests - I've been getting told that he will do it "Was too tired, went to sleep" "Internet went out" "Doing some irl stuff" for the past day and a half....All the while he's been logging onto sythe attempting to get new orders.....while "sleeping" while his "internet was out" while he was "doing some irl stuff"....So I asked for a refund which states in his TOS he will refund for a portion of the uncompleted work - Since he did not work, i should receive a full refund?
