    I think my dad blocked it when i try 2 call 4 a pin it doesn't do anything not even a voice saying this number is blocked.

    It also could be your phone-line providers.

    Yeah this is most likely you case, many phone providers automatically block 1-900 numbers due to all the scams, etc.. and people getting charged a lot of money.

    The majority of phone providers block 900 numbers in order to avoid unexpected charges to the customers.

    The same goes for some SMS messages, verizon blocks premium text aka txt charges half of the time if your settings arent edited

    Add "Premium Calling" onto your phones, and you will beable too. It is on your phone bill, call your providers and ask them.
