    100%? Didn't work for me and I've NEVER seen anyone say it works (this account had appeals left):

    Vouch for Vulge, his $8 unbanning guide was delivered fast and it's easy to use.

    Unfortunately my perm. banned account wasn't unbanned but the guide is LEGIT and looks as if you have a 95% chance of getting unbanned if you follow the steps 100%, unfortunately I was in the unlucky 5%, I would still recommend buying the guide though.
