Ordinarily I report auth buyers/sellers for breaking the rules, but because you are asking for a newly purchased auth, I think this is ok. If anyone gives you trouble about this, just clarify that you aren't asking for auths to be resold, you're asking for a brand new auth to be purchased on your behalf

You don't even have to use paypal to purchase a bot im pretty sure, just go to buy and type in the cards info.. and even if you do have to use paypal you dont need to verify it. just add it and use it. i've done many times.

Why don't you create a PayPal and enter the card's number as a debit card. That should work and transfer the money from the card to your PayPal as a payment. I don't see a rule being broken here, though you might want to contact the rsbotting.com and asking alternatives to paying. You could just put it in a bank account I believe and receive the money and pay through mail. If you don't have a bank account and live with your parents/guardians, simply request they do it for you to withdraw the $24 for you. Though as I said, you should be able to enter the card into PayPal as a debit card and it will transfer the money from the card to your PayPal within an X amount of time. Also, buying an auth from somebody (even a middleman) has risks. If the auth gets banned, the re-issued auth will be sent the the middleman's email, not yours. Please keep in mind that it's not a smart move to let somebody else pay for it as they can simply refund the payment for the bot and you loose the auth + money that you spent for it.

Note: You can create a PayPal for free. As I said twice, simply add a balance from a card, choose a Visa Debit, enter the information, and it will transfer the money to your PayPal account.
