    VPS: Powerbot Error

    Hi,

I'm not sure if I posted this in the correct section, please move if it's wrong.

I installed the latest version of Powerbot, installed JRE 7, put the PATH into environment variables in the properties.

When I start up the bot, it gives me this error:

    "Unavailable. Please try again."

The VPS is running on the OS Windows Server 2012.

I'm not sure why - if anybody knows how to fix this, please assist.

    Thank you!

Well, the error has said this for the past few days.

Also, I have Powerbot running on my desktop as we speak.

Windows server 2012 is a 64 bit architecture based on Windows 8. I'm not sure how it ties into the Java. Try seeing if you can load runescape from a browser on the server, let me know if that loads.

Yes, I can. I believe I had to load Runescape from the browser for the first time to accept that certificate.

Also this might help -- when I try to ping powerbot.org, it times out. But when I try to ping any other website, it also times out.

(I do this from the CMD)

Does this mean there is a firewall or something is blocking? Is this an issue?
