vps issues?

Hey I've had my new vps for about a week (It's not my first one). I've ran two sw bots on it in signed. It seems to be running incredibly slow now, infact it took me about half an hour for everything to get setup when I turned the bots on (compared to 5 mins tops). Is there any cache i had to get rid of? I've tried restarting it, still seems to keep bein an ass.
