Hello, I know this is a basic question but I dont know what is better for work many accounts of OSRS, I see many users have problem with some proxys(Banned with not reason) so I need a basic answer/help with that information

Well, you can always use a combination of proxy and VPN servers. In most cases, that combination guarantees your network connection more security, especially if you are running a couple of VPN applications and a proxy covering them with the additional line.
